We own an independent QC laboratory with complete in-house testing capacity, complying with ISO 4386, GB/T 12948 and other international standards. Full test reports in English are available for export orders:

ID/OD, wall thickness, Babbitt layer thickness, roundness, concentricity, surface roughness, joint gap measurement.
√Non-Destructive Testing
UT Ultrasonic Testing, PT Penetrant Testing (surface cracks), MT Magnetic Particle Testing.

Optical spectrum chemical analysis, Brinell hardness test, metallographic examination, bonding strength test.
√ Performance Tests
Oil distribution test, friction & wear test, bearing bench load test for reliable heavy-load operation.
