Chaoyang Runxing Heavy Machinery specializes in centrifugal cast Babbitt lined bearing shells and plain bushes for heavy-duty mining, metallurgy, cement and pump equipment. Our main products include gear shaft bearings, crusher bearings, ball mill bearings and large pump bushes, exported to CIS, Central Asia, Europe and America.
We own an independent QC laboratory with complete in-house testing capacity, complying with ISO 4386, GB/T 12948 and other international standards. Full test reports in English are available for export orders:
• Visual & Dimensional Inspection: visual check, ID/OD, wall thickness, Babbitt layer thickness, roundness, cylindricity, concentricity, surface roughness, oil groove & oil hole inspection, joint gap measurement
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): UT Ultrasonic Testing (bonding inspection between steel backing and Babbitt alloy), PT Penetrant Testing (surface cracks & porosity), MT Magnetic Particle Testing (substrate defects of steel back)
• Metallurgical & Chemical Tests: optical spectrum chemical analysis, Brinell hardness test, metallographic examination, bonding strength destructive test
• Optional Performance Tests: oil distribution test, friction & wear test, bearing bench load test
We supply full export documents including material certificates, NDT reports, final inspection reports and heat treatment certificates to meet strict acceptance requirements from mining end users and OEM clients. Custom OEM drawings are welcomed, delivering reliable plain bearings for continuous heavy-load operation and minimizing equipment downtime.
